Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager- Human Resources  Location: Gurgaon  Responsibilities:  Rewards:  - Support in driving the Benchmarking exercise and hence identifying the positioning of each individual.  - Propose Methodology for Annual Compensation Adjustments and Variable Payout  - Drive the compensation revision process throughout the company(including disbursement of letters) and be a SPOC for any individual concerns on compensation revisions  - Perform Compensation analytics: internal and external parity analysis  - Liaison with Recruitment team for comp related queries and suggest range for hiring  Performance Management System:  - To support execution of various PMS processes namely goal setting, Mid - year Review and Final Appraisal  - Suggest process improvisations and help implement the same  - Conduct trainings and help desk sessions  - Conceptualization of PM system and system implementation lead  Incentives:  - Quarterly Launch and design of Incentive polices with the respective stakeholders.  - Tracking and auditing incentive payout.   - Administration of Long Term Incentive Plan   Desired Profile:  - MBA from Tier 1 B-School with 1-3 years of experience in HR post MBA  - The candidate must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills  - Strong Excel skills will be an added advantage  - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
