Hiring for Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Strategic Initiatives- Hotel Contracting

Job Description :

- Review and constantly monitor LOB performance

- Establish processes around forecasting and drive continuous improvement program across Sales/BD Processes

- Ability to lead a team, coordinate with other location and drive standardized practices

- Should drive Process Control & Compliance in addition to managing Audit requirements

- Should have persuasive, collaborative and influencing skills

- Providing daily direction and strategic inputs to the team and Monitor LOB level work allocation

- Ability to deal effectively in high pressure, dynamic situation with a large degree of autonomy

- Help in Forecasting inventories during peak dates.

- Effective cross functional coordination.

- Drive overall sales with help of cross functional channels & coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery

- Willingness to travel

Job Specification :

- MBA from Tier I and II schools with experience into analytics/forecasting/team management skills across functional operations

- Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Power point, project, excel are critical for the job

- Strong communication skills

- Strong analytical skill- ability to work with huge volume of data using statistical tools

- Good facilitation skills

- Flexible approach to tackling projects

- Program & Project management skills
