Role Overview: The role incumbent will be a part of International Hotel Supply team and would be supporting in carrying out strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Supply - Strategic Initiatives - Performance management: Formulate KRAs, drive scorecards and roll-out incentive programs/contests/communications for supply teams to drive supply effectiveness - Strategic Projects: Identify, prioritize and drive strategic projects for supply teams in collaboration with cross functional teams - Stakeholder management: Cross functional representation of supply with various key stakeholders like Leadership, Category, Revenue, Product, etc - Work closely with demand/revenue teams on key strategic priorities and cascading them to supply stakeholders - Data and Analytics: Work closely with supply data teams on data views and analytics to support supply teams in their decision making - Study market reports & prepare analysis & create synopsis for management review Regularly create high impact & creative presentations as per business requirement on various agendas (both qualitative & quantitative) Key Skills required - Excellent Excel and PPT skills - Comfortable working on SQL and running basic queries - Excellent stakeholder management and communication Min Qualifications - MBA from Premier B School - Prior work experience in Strategy, Consulting, Program Management domain
