Role Summary: Manage Revenue and P&amp;L for HBC (HOTEL BOOKING CENTER). Work on the end to end management of the defined plan. In the process build, grow and leverage a relationship with internal &amp; external stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Responsible for overall Transactional P&amp;L of the project. - Identify market share &amp; penetration. Implement ways to increase same through new/existing product offering - Managing the overall category by regularly analyzing and computing the transactional data, P&amp;L etc. and giving inputs to a business development team and key stakeholders through data-driven approach so that the business hygiene is maintained and a right set of hotels are sold to the right customer segment. - Handling entire operational flow and vendor management by working closely with cross-functional teams. - Deep dive and analyze customer behavior, customer feedback, user sessions, focus group discussions, online surveys, in-person interviews and come up with actionable insights - To work with relevant stakeholders- viz. Marketing, Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance on diverse initiatives ranging from operational improvement, channel mix optimization, customer services and more - Responsible for tracking and defining the targets of the individual HBC and Business Development Team Also tracking performance on daily/monthly/quarterly basis and reporting the same with other relevant MIS to all the key stakeholders. - Regularizing MOM growth and also successfully able to maintain the overall HBC transactional P&amp;L at the desired level. - Analyzing and projecting future projection numbers with optimizing operational cost plans both on Business &amp; Marketing Side keeping expansion planning also in line. - Handling entire operational flow and vendor management by working closely with cross-functional teams. Experience: - Masters/MBA from good institutes - 2-4 Years of Experience - Location: Gurgaon - Exposure to data-driven roles like product management, category management or digital marketing, etc.
