- The candidate is responsible for improving the customer service processes
- Ensure that all client queries/complaints are resolved with-in defined TAT ensuring the highest client satisfaction
- At time, required to talk to clients, whose queries can't be answered by his/her team members
- Keep an open eye for any query/complaint posted by any client anywhere on the web
- Train and teach team about customer service and communicating with clients
- Maintain relevant data and share related MIS with senior management on regular basis
