Sr. Manager/Manager- Export Business [Implement/Tractors]

Reports To - DGM - Sourcing, PSM & Export Business_Applitrac

Place of Posting - Mohali (May be transferable)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverable

- Understanding of Customer needs for Farm Mechanization business

- Develop new markets in various countries for Farm mechanization business

- Evaluation & finalization of right Channel Partners

- Evaluate various products available in the market & assess the viability / suitability of M&M Products

- Work closely with Suppliers for New product development for Export markets

- Driving YOY business growth with all overseas channel partners

- Design & drive suitable sales promotion & service campaign to popularize the products in new market

- Ensuring proper after sales service of the Products supplied.

- Training to the overseas channel partners on Products, Operations & technical aspects.

- Working out price positioning of each product in each market.

- Export related documentation & billing formalities.

Experience - Engineering graduate with about 10 to 12 years of International Marketing / Sales experience in Implements/ Farm mechanization business [Preferably African Market]

Industry Preferred - Tractor / Implement / Fertilizer_Seeds_pesticides Industry with exposure & working experience in Africa & neighboring countries.

Qualification - Engineering graduate (Post graduation in International Marketing is preferred)
