Position Title : Senior Manager - Automotive Outbound   Role - To manage the operations - supply, quality, relationship for the finished vehicles outbound of the Mahindra Group - Auto Sector  Functional Area : Conversant with management of operations and supply for auto outbound logistics   Educational Qualifications : Graduate, preferably with a PG in Supply Chain / Operations Management  Work Experience (years) : 8-10 years of experience in auto logistics, with 5 - 10 years of proven track record in independently managing auto outbound logistics at a large 3PL (TVS Logistics) or OEM ( Tata Motors, Maruti, Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Ford etc.)  Industry Type : Automotive logistics   Age Bracket : 32-34 yrs.  Key Responsibilities :   - Responsible for the finished vehicles outbound operations for the Mahindra Group sub-vertical at Mahindra Logistics, with a clear focus on driving quality, improving customer satisfaction and delivering on cost optimization initiatives.   - Able to identify market trends/opportunities and translate them into service enhancements/ offerings for customers   - Strengthen on-ground operations delivery across all operating locations  - Engage with large BA and nurturing long term partnerships / innovative commercial arrangements; to ensure supply and quality of vehicles   - Able to drive technology led improvements in efficiency and consistently improve cost performance   - Able to lead a large team across operations, and manage a large pan-India customer relationship
