Manager - IT Consulting  Functional Experience Requirements :  - Active listener   - 5+ years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects   - Self-starter with ability to prioritise and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment  - Ability to understand business and technical requirements, identify gaps/ risks to come up with practical solutions   - Exposure to wide variety of software systems and experience in integrating different systems together   - Excellent communication and presentation skills   - In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Software technologies and solutions   - Result oriented with an ability to produce solutions that deliver business value   Key Responsibilities :  - SPOC between Customer and MLL Internal stakeholders   - Lead designing and/or selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance of the solution   - Develop and maintain a model of current and future application architecture.   - Lead organization in using IT solutions to drive organizational change and support business process design.  - Prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development and support  - Ability to showcase solution capability and benefits to prospective customers ensuring end user acceptance
