Design and execute MIS to enable management decision making  - Manage HR costs across the employee lifecycle and is expected to come up with innovative ideas which may build an efficient system  - Good understanding of company's operations, job requirements and fitment for the position  - Ensure employee lifecycle is executed as per company policies and a flawless employee experience can be created  Location : Bangalore, India
