Job Description :  - Actively participate in and drive the continuous improvement culture through - Kaizen- and lean projects.  - Identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity and quality  - Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with MHRIL policies and procedures  - Additional responsibility includes training and motivating employees, planning, assigning and directing work. Rewarding and disciplining employees and effective conflict resolution  - Identifying customer impacting issues, working out and implementing solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction rate  - Drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency  - Focus on management of SLA, quality and customer experience  - Trouble shooter in case of issues relating to process affecting the SLAs  - Ability to support business and provide solution to customer pain points  - Ability to handle complex and ambiguous scenarios  - Proven ability to manage reporting and analysis  - Demonstrated passion for delivering a positive customer experience and maintain composure in difficult situations  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills  - Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests  - Refer unresolved customer grievances or special request to designated departments for further investigation  - Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email  - Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer services  - Learning organization product or services and keeping up to date with changes  - Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily interactions  - Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results  Position Qualifications :   - Bachelor's degree, MBA must  - 10 yrs + experience in customer services and out of that 5 yrs handling grievance redressal  - Profiency with email and MS office application  - Must be highly detailed oriented and well organized  CTC: 15 LPA
