Job Purpose :

- Exploring, creating and coordinating unique Member Holiday / in-city Experiences based on member insights including management of necessary digital and marketing communications, pricing, offer design, managing alliances and all related coordination with a view to meet and exceed the revenue targets

Accountabilities :

- Explore, innovate and create unique Member Holiday / in-city Experiences for our existing members based on member insights to meet and exceed the revenue targets while optimizing costs

- Develop & execute digital and marketing campaigns, Videos & Visuals and creation / execution of marketing communications for our member experience offerings

- Constantly explore and establish alliance partners for offering unique holiday / in-city experiences to our existing members including end to end coordination to ensure member expectations are met at all times

- Constantly evaluate various proposals, negotiate with travel partners and enter into strategic alliances with a view to offer unique holiday / in-city experiences at the best prices for our members

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key online Travel Agents and Corporates and other holiday & tourism partners

- Conceptualizing, driving and executing segment-based member / prospect experience offerings / activities to meet the Brand promise at all times
