Job Title : Corporate Quality Assurance Manager  Department : Member Relations  Experience : 5+ years in Customer Service Quality  Location : Mumbai - Worli  Job Summary :  - The role is to drive customer centric culture and customer friendly processes through effective implementation of various initiatives.  - Individual shall be responsible for Corporate Quality Assurance  - He/she shall be responsible for conducting monthly quality assessments of branch member operations processes, highlight areas of improvement, identify training needs, conduct process/product refreshers.  - Achieve Customer Satisfaction (Internal / External).   Responsibilities :  - Conduct monthly Process Quality assessments  - Publish monthly Process Quality Assessment scorecard for branches and recommend improvement areas  - Conduct mystery shopping initiatives.  - Analyze Voice of Customer and identify measures to improve customer satisfaction.  - Work towards enhancing customer loyalty towards the organization  - Promote cross functional best practices.  - Identify training needs  - Conduct process/product refresher/briefings  - Maintain the Knowledge Base  Technical Competency/ Skills :  - Six Sigma Black Belt (preferable) / Green Belt Certified (minimum)  - Positive and helpful attitude  - Excellent listening skills and analytical skills  - Ability to balance multiple priorities  - Meet commitment and follows through the promises  - Gather and analyze information with attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.  - Excellent verbal and clear, informative written communication   - MS Office  - Customer handling ability  - Team work  - Enthusiastic and self- motivated  - Professionalism  - Willingness to learn  Education, Experience :  - Bachelor Degree in any field from a reputed college or institute.  - 5 + years in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Travel - Customer Service Corporate Quality Assurance  - Proven experience and ability to manage people, processes, and technology.  - Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (preferable) / Green Belt (minimum)
