Job Title : Business Unit Head - Customer Acquisition  Reports to : Branch Manager / Regional Manager - Customer Acquisition  Location : Branch Office / Regional Office  Job Purpose :  Effectively plan and manage various sales processes and execute resource programs with a view to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets while maintaining quality parameters and improved productivity  Accountabilities :   - Complete hiring of OPCs and TMEs as per budget and ensure initial training is completed successfully  - Plan marketing activities for the month for the company and various channel partners   - Prepare weekly sales plans and review it daily, with a view to intervene and improve performance / productivity real-time   - Monitor and track the HFRP SOQ in detail and take corrective actions as needed  - Analyze performance reports of OPCs regularly and suggest / implement corrective measures   - Randomly audit calls of telemarketing team and suggest corrective measures as needed  - Analyze various reports of the TME performance and ensure necessary training is imparted to improve performance and productivity  - Review weekly the sales conversion reports and take steps to enhance sales   - Review weekly the telemarketing reports and take necessary corrective measures to improve performance / productivity   - Analyze Collections report daily and track performance to enable necessary interventions to retain the member  - Provide monthly updates to all OPCs on developments, targets etc.  - Closely track DSA performance and support them in enhancing their performance levels  - Proactively engage with employees / potential attrites and counsel them towards retention  - Provide necessary support in booking first time holiday for new members and generate quality referrals from them  - Assist the MRD and collection teams for appropriate redressal of all member queries / complaints  - Constantly motivate employees through mentoring, explaining Rewards and Recognition Programs etc. towards enhancement of sales and personal / career growth and development
