Job Title: Branch Manager - Customer Acquisition

Reports to: Regional Manager - Customer Acquisition

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

To run efficient, profitable, highly customer centric and quality branch sales operations through highly engaged sales teams

Key Responsibilities

1. Efficiently complete overall monthly targets planning and distribute targets to teams and individuals, basis productivity, capability and quality.

2. Ensure that detailed SOQ-wise breakup is done team-wise from lead to sale.

3. For all - pull- based leads, eg Web, complete the distribution of leads to various teams and monitor it twice every week, based on targets and delivery.

4. Closely monitor and track conversions weekly - by individual, by TME and by each activity.

5. Take timely and appropriate decisions and course corrections based on the weekly monitoring and tracking of lead to sale trends.

6. Ensure high level of engagement within the teams and motivate them to exceed performance expectations.

7. Hire high energy and talented individuals to manage various teams and ensure that the talent pipeline is fueled appropriately at all times

8. Manage and control various costs with a view to ensure a highly profitable and growth oriented business.

9. Ensure timely login of member MAF and manage member escalations made to senior management and on social media

10. Keep track of all member complaints and ensure resolution of all escalations within given TAT.

11. Manage the retention teams and ensure - Reduction in Creation- and enhance - Saves- .

12. Ensure that the quarterly over dues bucket reduces every quarter with special focus on regularization of overdue cases.
