We are hiring 2 members for our Learning and Development team at Mahindra Finance!  Job Purpose Statement:  To develop and execute learning interventions and Organizational Development initiatives in alignment to the business needs and monitor /review the impact of training programs.  Duties & Responsibilities :  - Research & Design - OD Project & Leadership Development Programs individually or/and in liaison with outside consultants  - Act as an internal consultant to management in areas of productivity, organizational development, and leadership.  - Reviews and evaluates training courses, objectives and accomplishments based on various ROI models  - Provides expertise in conception and execution of culture percolation initiatives.  Key Challenges :  - Continual Training needs Analysis  - Alignment of training needs to changing market dynamics  - Continuous review of training programs  - Understand business challenges and design interventions  - Do a organization wide diagnosis to improve the GPTW scores  - Continuously liaison with management at various levels for discussions on design and efficiency of various initiatives.  Desired Candidate Profile:  Smart candidates with 8-10 years of experience in a similar role with organizations of repute.  Salary Offered : 10-14 LPA  If this interest you, please apply with your current and expected CTC in the cover letter.
