Purpose of the Role:  - He/She shall be responsible for managing the relationship and sales with our Channel partners. Position will be based in Gurgaon but will be responsible for growing the channels business in other geographic regions.  Job Description:  Account Mapping and Management:   - Establish and build relationship with Senior management as well as key members at each of our Channel partners.   - Should be able to represent and manage organization's position and interests within the Channel organization.  Sales and Collection targets:  - Achieve order book and company level targets as assigned in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the assigned territory.   - Create new opportunities as well as manage existing ones in the channel organization under the region. Maintain the DSO target for the region as per the company average.  Function and Process:   - Own sales operation functions like follow-up on POs, Invoices, Payments, etc.   - Ensure internal collaboration with other Comviva functional teams in the region as well as the Comviva backend teams. Be responsible for governance functions and review mechanisms with the key stakeholders in the Channel organization.  Personal:  - Strong strategic and analytics acumen coupled with execution capability  - Thought leadership and client engaging skills   - Self drive and should exhibit high energy levels  - Pleasant persona with good networking ability  - Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders  - Excellent communication skills, matured in conduct and command  - Ability to understand business and number driven  Functional:  - 6-8 years hands on experience in a Sales /corporate account management position in a Telco or vendor environment  - Good domain knowledge of VAS / Telecom Products  - Experience of working on RFPs and preparing commercial proposals  - Should have good flair for client relationship management & should have been in a Sales role for a global MNC  - Should have experience handling & dealing with senior level employees of a large global corporation  - Should have experience in creating and understanding Technical requirements  - Knowledge of Telecom domain and Networking is desirable  - Good written and verbal communication skills  - Good presentation skills  - Ability to travel extensively across Asia  - Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision  Qualifications:  Education and Experience:  - Engineering degree is essential, preferably Electrical/ Electronics/ Communications and an MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferable  - 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the Sales domain.
