Job Purpose:  - Create the strategy and drive execution of employer brand for a globally acknowledged leader in high-end technology space  Job Description:  - For the internal associates and stakeholders  a) Create awareness on issues, programs, initiatives  b) Drive engagement on matters of importance  c) Help establish and grow the employer brand   d) Good Employer Proposition (GEP) ensure coherence between GEP and actual perception of existing employees. Also ensure that new hires see the same once they join the Company  - Internally, help establish programs and policies which propagate and establish the desired work culture   - Create synergies between Employer Branding and Company's core purpose, values and goals in the external eco system  Propagate the GEP in the industry which helps creates a aura around the brand which is built around people, technology and high paced growth for both business and employees  - Create a strong online and word of mouth Company recall in the key messages  Accountabilities:  - Manage all channels of Internal Communications for all associates across the world; Intranet content, look and feel  - Primary ownership for the look & feel of events (internal and external) with the intent to create the right impact in line with the goals of the event/s  - Design the communication messaging & content for culture building initiative   - Drive the employer branding positioning with campuses, ex-employees, social media and other relevant sub-groups  - Help the Company create a connect with the extended family of employees  - Responsibility of creating and managing programs and policies in line with GEP   - Take the lead but work with the Talent Acquisition team on the Brand experience which candidates/partners see during the recruitment process  - Help the Company in winning awards in employer surveys  - Ability to drive the footfall on relevant pages on Intranet, Company website and social media  - Create and sustain online communities on social media with the intent of creating brand awareness and position the Company as a thought leader in its area of work  Skills:  - 8-14 years of experience in PR, Marketing, Internal Communication   - Desirable background in event management   - Social media understanding, preference for first-hand experience in managing these channels  - Experience in Employer branding in multi geography environment (desirable)  - MBA in Marketing (Desirable)  - Graphics and content writing (Essential)
