We are hiring for B2B Business Development professional, responsible for locating new business opportunities with telecom operators globally. Engage in strategic analysis, marketing, sales and product development, ensuring high profitability.
Job description:
- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
- Initiate business development strategies and coordinate actions with Regional sales team to influence the market and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and backlog.
- Market research to understand trends, competition, and critical success factors to win in the market
- Understands clients' needs, creates product solutions accordingly & Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams
- Responsible for Compliance with internal policies for pricing
- Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.
- Experience in preparation of responses for RFP/RFI/RFQ
- Work with Regional sales team to maintain a healthy pipeline for product portfolio.
- Provide complete Solution by gathering customer requirement with assistance of various market unit representatives
- Primary responsibility for articulating the product value-proposition
- Provide competitive positioning, pricing / commercial proposals for customer engagements, ensuring deal profitability
- Market Planning and Lead Generation
Education and Experience:
- Engineering + MBA from premier institute
- 4-8 years of total experience, with at least one year of experience in BD/Presales/Sales
- Telecom and VAS experience preferred.
