Quantitative Research  Job Responsibilities :   - Identification and analysis of trends in Indian real estate market and generating reports for consumption of consumers of MB or other internal and external clients.   - Data analytics to identify trends and patterns in consumer preferences and prepare briefs/reports basis the same for internal and external clients.   - Undertake analysis of real estate data to generate city and micro-market level reports.   - Involved in undertaking primary and/or secondary market research and online surveys.   Key Result Areas :   - In depth understanding of the Indian real estate market; preferably from having worked in the real estate consulting, valuation or research domain.   - Strong report writing skills with proven track record of having prepared real estate or related reports.   - Experience in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, preferably related to Indian real estate market.   - Experience in data crunching with strong expertise in MS Excel.   - Working knowledge of statistics and its application.   Required Skills :   - Must be B Sc/M Sc in Statistics  - Real estate feasibility studies   - Highest and best use analysis   - Strong Research & Analytical skills   - Functional knowledge of statistics   - Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
