Job title : Manager/ Sr. Manager - Organization Development & Change Management  Experience Range : 5 to 8 years (Relevant experience)  Reporting to - CHRO  Location : Noida  Responsibilities & Duties :  - Design and Execution of Change Management Plan for Magicbricks   - Conducting organizational diagnostic exercise along with the stakeholders and joined action plan to implement interventions including - identify and manage change anticipated resistace  - Design and execution of Change Management interventions such as Leadership Alignment, Stakeholder Management, Change Readiness Assessment  - Leveraging Leadership through engagement workshops and formation of Change Network across locations  - Responsible for Talent & Succession Strategy & Framework, Talent Reviews  - Developing Training Strategy and Approach for change program implementations  - Facilitating design of toolkit including news-letter, editorial etc.  - Supporting delivery of change management programs with Business champions through different modes i.e. Train- the-Trainer, classroom, webex, eLearning etc  - Job Impact assessment of the change i.e. communicating the product impact on system, process, behavior and role change  - Developing and executing Aggressive & Systematic Communications strategy which included developing communication plan and initiatives like e-newsletter, e-posters, SharePoint sites, screen savers etc.   Desired Skills :  - A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process  - Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools  - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal & most importance listening kills  - Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences  - Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships  - Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal  - Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations to Resilient and tenacious with a propensity persevere  - Holistic & problem solving approach  - Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others  - Change management certification or designation desired  Key Competencies :  - Result Driven  - Result driven  - Captivator - Good written & Verbal communication skills.  - Role Model - Develops self & Team, promotes good work ethics & professionalism  Qualification :  - MBA/ MHRD/ MSW from Premier B School Only  Industry : Preferably from Preferable from IT Service, Consulting, BFSI, E-commerce/ Internet
