While the rest of the industry seems to have slowed down pace, on the contrary Magicbricks has upped the ante on recruitment efforts. - The incumbent should be a nimble and fast tracked recruitment specialist who can turn things around fast. The role shall require a great deal of propelling and managing expectations from the management in terms of targets for recruitment. The person we are looking for is required to wear a sales hat while recruiting and create a near perfect pitch to attract great talent and passive candidates where required. A performer by heart and spirit with the ability to get the best of the team. Responsibilities : - Managing end to end recruitment of a sales PAN India hiring. - You will be working closely with business for all manpower requirement. - You will need to put in place best practices for managing and mapping strong candidates. Apply industry best practices and make a mark. - You will be required to get actively involved in Headhunting of candidates for particular business/ function. - Growing and developing the longer-term talent pipeline strategy using innovative talent attraction techniques) - You would need to work towards improving and optimizing recruitment processes and candidate experience. Desired Skills : - You should have good work experience preferably in a relevant industry such as - internet / technology / product / new age companies etc. - You should have worked in situations requiring ramp-up of 50 positions per month. - Should have a track record of devising and successfully implementing market-leading and innovative talent attraction and recruitment strategies - Should be highly collaborative and passionate about recruiting - Passionate about getting numbers A deadline-oriented person with a can-do person is what we are looking for.
