Management - managing a team of managers as well as functional / technical analysts in terms of hiring / development / retention  - Own projects / migrations / deliverables aligned with the analytics process globally  - Stakeholder engagement in terms of understanding needs, expectations as well as business KPIs  - Enhance the width & depth of the analytics practice within the organization  - Mentor team members for building a great team - spirit and leadership  - Lead the team through thought leadership and strategy aligned to MGA  - Champion / Lead cross-functional projects / collaboration  - Manage cost & budget for entire practices  - Responsible for all Employee satisfaction indices for the practice  Ideally someone :  - 8-13 years of experience in analytics.   - Work experience in a variety of finance roles in MNCs (Any large captive in India)/or finance analytics roles in globally renouned organizations.   - Successful academic track record  - Capability to work with large teams demonstrating leadership and fluent communication skills etc  - Candidates wtih CA / ICWA / CPA / CFA are encouraged to apply.   Those who applied earlier need not apply.
