The B2W consultant will be responsible for driving improvements in key operational processes and also helping the organization drive group synergies with the prime objective - delivering and adding significant value to the business.  We are looking for high-calibre women professionals to join our India organisation on short-term assignments for 6 months.This opportunity is for women who are on a career break for past 6 months or more.  We Offer:   An excellent opportunity, where you will join in one of the high impact projects in our commercial functions. However, the placement is not guaranteed.  Key Responsibilities :  - Work on the data quality improvement projects   - Perform hands on project management such as development of project plans, scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverables, benefits and milestones, resource and program tracking, development and management of issue and action logs.  - Driving synergies with different group entities to bring in cost efficiencies  - Engage with senior leadership team across Business Units  - Independently gather, analyze and prepare data relevant to process improvements.  - As required, partner with external vendors/stakeholders to ensure teams are engaged and effectively utilizing the best tools available.  - Work and engage with stakeholders from cluster offices.  Who we are looking for:   - Master's degree in Management or related discipline.  - Minimum 4 years- work experience in Operations or Supply chain management roles.  - Strong analytical skills and cost control mindset  - Career break between 6 months to 2 years  - High energy with strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure and deadlines.  - Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests.  - Open- and cross-culturally minded.  - Passionate, strong initiative, self-driven with commitment to succeed.  - Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
