Maersk - Manager - Process Excellence (8-12 yrs)
Manager, Process Excellence (Mumbai, Chennai)
Principal Accountabilities:
- Identify key opportunity areas in operations and driving improvement initiatives (Process Improvement/ Transformation/Automation projects) to attain process excellence and productivity targets
- Improving and Optimizing key metric like Utilization and Defects etc in collaboration with Operations & Technology teams
- Established measurement system for the aligned business by designing metrics, measurement system implementation and score card, reporting etc.
- Black Belt projects on Workflows, Repeat Calls, Edits, Defects reduction (in line with Business priorities)
- Analytics on Tasks, Defects, Utilization, Absenteeism & Workflows. Drive implementation of QTP automation to create capacity
- Pilot audit process and evaluate applicability across BUs and also support in establishing Productivity & Quality Metrics across Benefits at an individual level
- Work with business to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency improvement by automating processes and support new Metric Enablers tool to measure effort hours.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Post Graduate, Master Black Belt with 8 to 12 years of BPO and/or Manufacturing Industry work experience is desirable.
- It is mandatory to posses 5 years of experience post certification.
- Should have strong understanding of how process excellence can be used to meet business needs. Hands on experience in Standard Work will be an advantage.
- Strong change management and mentoring skills
- Hands on experience in managing Standard Work will certainly be an added advantage.
- Fluency in communication definitely a must.
