Purpose:  Improve Invoicing Effectiveness and positively influence the NPS for EUR region  Target: Invoicing Effectiveness 95%   Scope - Maersk Line and Safmarine  Good understanding of EUR FO and GSC processes. Good understanding of EUR business and market condition, Good understanding of EUR customer base and the voice of customer   Responsibilities -   1. Drive solutions designed by Invoicing Effectiveness teams and respective lead BPO's within the GSC organization and also partner with IQ focal to drive the same in the cluster - Partner with cluster IQ focal Ensure to address to drive the Sales Compliance Cockpit Compliances- Partner with cluster IQ focal Ensure to address to ensure that compliances due to Sales Minimum standard I.e. Inland Filings, D&D filings are made timely- Partner with cluster IQ focal to address any non-compliances where rates are communicated outside the system are addressed through Sales Managers and Cluster Top- Partner with cluster IQ focal and respective KCM owners in Clusters to ensure Tender Filings accurately reflect the customer agreements- Ensure that the GSC execution quality issues are addressed in a timely fashion with mistake proofing - Share the feedback/views from cluster with the GSC transformation and Execution organization and vice versa  2. Build a very good understanding of all the reports and Dashboard that will help create visibility and drive behavior. Sales Cockpit, Global IE dash board, NEU IE dashboards per cluster, Disputes EVMS, BOM/BOM reports, CCT reports etc.  3. Conduct fort nightly calls with cross functions across GSC and FO to discuss short term and midterm issues and solutions  4. Coach and guide the IERCE teams to excel their performance  5. Ensure all the reports and dashboards are published on a regular basis by the IERCE teams6. Create and drive a communication plan for EUR on IE initiatives in order to keep everyone aligned and informed  Should have good communication skill  Should be excellent with People management, Stakeholder management, customer handling  Should have managed projects from solution design to implementation of the same  The Team works on analyzing Work and documents and sampling the same at various steps in invoicing,  And identifying the trend and highest number of errors   This position will be making the dashboards, conducting meetings with respective stakeholders, presenting the solution and driving the same to bring in work format changes, attitude changes, if systems changes are needed which will deliver a better customer experience in invoicing and which would increase Net promoter score (NPS)  Should have maturity to deal with Cluster and GSC to drive the changes  Doing awareness sessions with cluster and customers as required  EUR team of 35 members would report to this role  PMP/Prince2 certifications desirable
