Maersk Line, India is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Performance Manager to support the development of a process- and performance-driven sales force. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Performance Manager will identify new opportunities to improve performance and efficiency in order to develop a best-in-class process to optimise sales performance and activity execution.  You will be accountable for enabling and driving a performance culture in the India sales teams, recommending solutions and improvements for efficiency and productivity targets and driving adoption of a pipeline mind-set and sales standard work within the cluster. You will also assist the Head of Sales to implement a coaching framework, create visibility and duly follow up sales process compliance as well as driving sales competency development.   We Offer :   An exciting and challenging opportunity where you will work with a leading and winning sales team in India Cluster and enjoy freedom and autonomy to act with responsibility to deliver stretched objectives.  Through day-to-day work in an international and dynamic environment, you will further enhance your stakeholder management and leadership skills, acquire essential commercial and sales management knowledge and be further groomed for commercial leadership within Maersk Line.   Key Responsibilities :   - Act as the go-to person for cross-functional departments and get involved in cross-functional task groups.   - Be in constant contact with the relevant Center Commercial desks and the Region to influence the global commercial drive and to cascade global initiatives to the Cluster sales team.   - Ensure the level of knowledge and execution of sales tools and processes is at the utmost level for all sales team members.  Performance Culture :   - Manage and cascade sales budget and target setting.  - Manage performance calculations and drive sales performance evaluation to ensure appropriate rewards and consequences are applied.  - Manage the Visual Management System and prepare commercial meetings and team dashboards to drive performing behavior.  - Manage the visibility of reporting including weekly performance, pipeline, activity, commitment & compliance and invoice quality.  - Ensure alignment around personal objectives and performance assessments.  Sales Process Compliance and Pipeline Mind-set :   - Oversee the off shored processes in sales.  - Manage and improve end-to-end sales process - identify and eliminate waste in sales process and improve coordination of sales with other departments.  - Act as the super-user of all sales systems. Provide reports and constructive feedback to ensure user adoption and maximize value of Salesforce.com and other sales related tools.  Who we are looking for :   - Performance mindset with preferred knowledge of sales processes.  - Solid knowledge of Salesforce.com will be an added advantage.  - Excellent track record of cross-functional collaboration.  - Solid knowledge of quantitative and statistical analysis and methods with ability to visualize trends, gaps and present recommendations and action plans.   - Strong result orientation.  - Excellent communication skills.   - Ability to effectively enforce and assist the usage and practice of sales tools and processes.  - Strong business acumen.   - Excellent presentation and excel skills.  - Minimum 5 years- experience in commercial function.   - Bachelor degree holder.
