Key Responsibilities:

Own process landscape, monitor, priortise and optimise existing processes and drive strategic initiatives to ensure compliance, mastery and improvement of the global Standards delivering high impact business results / cost savings for Maersk Line by:

- Modeling, documenting, analysing and designing business processes with a global impact

- Facilitating the Global process community

- Ascertaining relevance and effectiveness of process goverance and improvement model

- Prioritising, selecting and leading functional improvement activities

- Run and improve the framework for improvements and governance of global standards

- Drive Continual improvement in Process performance & business KPIs to achieve Cost leadership and Commercial excellence

- Drive overall direction for functional processes and projects

- Drive process confirmation and Continuous improvement in the organisation

- Collaborate with other functional process owners and create seamless End to End processes

- Provide inputs to improve IT System landscape for Maersk line processes in scope

- +10 years in Combination as Domain Specialist, Consulting, Managerial and Project background

- Solid understanding of Domain & Improvement mindset
