Key Responsibilities :  - To head and manage the internal audit function in the GSC  - To strengthen the overall governance mechanism, including strategic risk management as well as internal control system  - To focus on continuous improvement and bring efficiencies in the GSC  - To facilitate prevention of potential fraud  - To ensure error free accounting and accurate reporting  - Plan the areas to be covered in internal audit and the checks to be done in each area. The areas covered and checks should be in line with agreed plan for the year and would cover all processes, especially support functions.  - After conducting internal audits, discuss findings with global leads and make "best practice" recommendations to the organization  - Drive better governance and internal controls in the organization  - Follow up on audit findings and recommendations to ensure they are being implemented  - Audit function needs to be effective from a statutory audit point of view  - Liaise with global GRA and Group Internal Audit teams to discuss reports and strengthen the internal audit function in the GSC organization  - Investigate and or support Fraud events in the company on need basis  We are looking for :  - Chartered Accountant  - 6-8 years experience in internal audits in an Audit firm/ doing multiple audits or internal audit function in a medium - large size company  - 2-3 years experience in managing the internal audit function, finalization of audit reports and discussions with stake-holders.  - Knowledge of SAP, MS-Office especially Excel and Powerpoint  - Good Understanding of audit and internal control systems, management reporting, accounting and financial reporting knowledge  - Good drive for results, problem solving, priority setting and having good integrity and trust as also good listening skills
