- Over all 10-15 Years of experience in ITES, BPO, KPO

- Articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills

- Drive cost leadership

- Should possess mindset of process improvement

- Should have handled complex projects in the past

- Need to drive people, process and large volume of projects

- Should have lead a team of minimum 50 FTEs
