Roles & Responsibilities:  - Location HR point of Contact for the process Employee connect towards Wellness  - Employee engagements through Reach Outs, skip levels, Town Halls & grievance handling   - Performance management – Identification of KRA’s, Appraisals, Performance Improvement  - Annual Compensation Review Cycle  - Coordination of Employee recognition activities  - Process & policy compliance  - Miscellaneous Activities – Location support for other business units, member of different task forces, Campus ambassador for campus recruits  - Collaborating with Business to help address all HR related matters  - Recruitment support  - Exit management including exit interviews, no dues clearance and Full & Final Settlement processing   - Attrition analysis and proposing retention strategies  Candidates must be creative and capable of handling complex business centric HR related matters and aim at mutual gain and win.
