As an organization we strongly believe in a people-centric approach with emphasis on employee engagement and work-life balance.  Purpose of the Job :   - An integral part of the job is to enable the Operations function to optimize its operations and achieve its objectives in a structured, controlled, transparent and efficient manner through:  - Defining, deploying and sustaining a standard operating framework for various work products within the overarching GSC-Operations landscape  - Act as an enabling function for the business performance management teams (BPM), business process owners (BPO), execution organization, front line teams and the leadership teams  - Evaluate the deployed business processes and work on incessantly improving the Operations process by identifying areas of potential improvements  - Works in amalgamation with its 8 LOCs and regions, the centre and the 3 global service centers (GSCs) across Mumbai, Pune and Chennai in India to achieve business goals against the stated operational and performance objectives  - Facilitate/participate in cross functional engagements for large projects and ensure timely delivery of the project's benefits  - Monitor adherence of the Operations teams to the set frameworks  - Monitor the timelines and deliverables of the key projects within operations, suggest course correction activities to ensure the projects deliver as committed  - PDSA frameworks, standards and process documents on a timely basis  Key Responsibilities :  - Define, deploy and drive standard operating model for various work products within the overarching GSC Operations landscape. The frameworks are to be created keeping in mind that they are a representation of how an organization should operate across people, process and technology domains in order to achieve its objectives.  - The standard operating model will have underlying components such as standard workflows, tools, templates and reporting discipline to be followed by Operations  - Ensuring sustenance and continuous improvement of the Standard Operating Framework is one of the key responsibilities of the Governance Partner.   This should be done through :  - Monitor adherence of the Operations teams to the set frameworks  - Document learning's, observations and feedback for PDSA/improvements  - PDSA the set frameworks at set intervals for improvements  - Share timely updates with the management  - Based on the observations and learning's, leverage relevant stakeholders such as BPO, Execution and PEX to carry out RCA and corresponding course correction initiatives  - Collaborate with process owners on various initiatives, projects and priorities to enable smooth delivery of the committed benefits and in return achieving business goals  - Continuously scans the external environment to benchmark, adopt best practices & generate radical changes to process governance framework to drive process optimization.  - Adopts and promotes standard project management practices amongst the process owners and acts as project management office to ensure adherence to committed timelines, cost, quality, benefits, scope  - Ensures Company vision, values & ethics are upheld within team at all times through professional behavior and is a visible driving force across GSC execution / transformation organisation, GSC & ML PEX in designing / implementing the overall framework.  We are looking for :   - Proven track record in designing / implementing business process governance frameworks for a large organisations.  - Minimum 5 years relevant experience in business process governance or a similar profile.  - Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in project and change management   - PMP, PRINCE2- Practitioner, Green belt certified  - Industry Knowledge  - Excellent command of spoken and written English  - Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build good working relationship with an aptitude to influence without direct authority  Time management skills : multitasking and prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high level goals  - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint  - Cross-cultural skills and a team player  - Lives the cultural amplifiers of Focus, Simplicity and Teamwork
