Human Resources - Engagement Partner  Responsibilities include :   Training & Development :   - Responsible for identifying the soft skill needs of the workforce and planning for learning activities   Performance Management :   - Handle the entire performance appraisal process starting from goal setting exercises till the accomplishment of the cycle, setting till Rank disagreement dialogues post the annual normalization process.   - Also responsible for promotions of all grades and High Performer Career progression within the relationships. Facilitated various sessions throughout the year on topics related to the same and also conducted effectiveness studies on related topics.  Career & Succession Planning :   - Work with the business leads to identify the successors and charting plans for knowledge transition. Also, responsible for mentoring for employees at all levels to help them identify and achieve their career aspirations.  Talent Engagement :   - Initiate and lead various engagement activities focused on enhancing team integration and employee satisfaction. Conduct various focused group work sessions on focused topics aiming to identify action plans to improve from the existing levels of operation. workshop for internal OD initiative, which is classified as simple engagement activities and focused group sessions.  Talent Retention :   - As the Retention owner of the cluster from Chennai, responsible for increased focus on retaining employees. With concentrated efforts,   Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey :   - Play an instrumental in enhancing participation of employees in the survey in order to establish representative results. Support the Relationship in forming the cross functional team, identification of Improvement areas, charting of action plans and rigorous closure of the same.   Some of the key expectations are as stated above although not all inclusive.
