Machine Learning Scientist - Telecom

Looking for talented Machine Learning Scientist with a background in Machine Learning who desires to work on building solutions to very difficult problems, with the ability to create, innovate, and define the next generation of prescriptive analytics to help us mine meaningful information from the extremely large dataset. This role demonstrates an expert level of data science knowledge as well as experience with data science techniques, systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leverage statistical modelling and programming skills to derive business actionable insights out of large and/or structure, semi and unstructured datasets

- Research and evaluate new analytical methodologies, approaches, and solutions

- Collaborate with business and data owners to formulate problems whose solution would be impact full to the business.

- Envisage with the product managers on the road map for analytics in terms of Business impacts

- Build new products in the domain of customer experience management and in areas of customer journey, contextual marketing, personalized offers and Real time marketing.

Desired Skills :

- Proven background in at least one of the following - Reliability models, Markov Models, Stochastic models, Bayesian Modelling, Classification Models, Cluster Analysis, Neural Network, Non-parametric Methods, Multivariate Statistics

- Design highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rules based models Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create effective product/solution roadmap.

- Experience working with large data sets and tools like Hive and spark

- Experience leading or collaborating with a team of data scientists in developing and delivering machine learning models that work in a production setting

- Strong hands on skill in Python using libraries like scikit, SkLearn or Hands on in R.
