Maarv Global - Corporate Sales/Business Development Manager (2-4 yrs)
Maarv Global (www.maarv.in) is a startup in the field of corporate supplies and gifting. We are in the business of supplying high quality and refreshing paper stationery products to clients worldwide.
We are looking for a person to drive our sales in the corporate sector.
This is an interim role for a short term project with renumeration and highly attractive commission package based on performance
This is a field job which requires extensive travelling daily
Responsibilities
- You must be a self starter and should be willing to take complete responsibility of the project right from the scratch by building contacts through cold calls, references, contacts, in-person meetings to closing the deals
- To acquire new clients in the specified region/market. Should be able to acquire large number of accounts in terms of quantity.
- To achieve the sales/revenue target from new clients.
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications.
- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
- Personally contact and secure new business accounts/orders through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrate products and services to potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned Territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and services
Skill Set
- We're looking for people who enjoy selling
- Courageous, competitive and hungry folk who like to go out, meet people & are able to strike conversations easily
- Confidence, diligence and the ability to persevere are key skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- You need to be a self starter and should be willing to consider the project as your own and building it from scratch
- Existing contacts with corporates in Delhi/NCR highly beneficial for this role
What you'll Need:
- Prior experience in similar corporate sales is a MUST.
- The ability to speak, read and write English fluently
- Experience with managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Graduation/MBA from a premier institute is preferred, but optional for proven Champs.
- An Extra-active guy with right connections and right place.
- 1-4years of professional work experience
- CANDIDATES WITH CONTACTS WITH CORPORATES WILL BE PREFERRED
