Role Purpose  - This role will also be involved in delivery of client projects in the Company's solution areas viz. HR Due Diligence, post-merger integration and HR set-up advisory. It will be required to support business development of Company's risk advisory solutions in the M&A space across the Asia-Pacific region.  Key responsibilities  - Help design and help implement the market development strategy for Company's M&A solutions, both in Human Capital and Risk Advisory spaces. Focus countries – India ( large focus), China, Japan, Korea and Australia   - Conduct and support business development activities in teams and individually across the Asia-Pacific region viz. lead generation, proposal creation, client negotiation, etc. for solutions offered by the Company.  Deliver Company projects in the HR due diligence, post-merger integration and set-up advisory areas, while working closely with all Practices.  - Work with the Company's Regional Team to design and Implement a business development strategy for Risk Advisory solutions in the M&A consulting space. Support achievement of revenue targets for risk M&A solutions like DD, Transaction Liability and Insurance placements.   Key Result Areas  - Implementation of Company's market development strategy across the Asia Pacific region.  - Generation and conversion of business leads for Company.   Support provided in achievement of revenue targets in the following areas:  - HR Due Diligence   - Post-merger integration   - HR set-up advisory   - Risk Advisory solutions   Geographical spread:   The incumbent will work with Company and colleagues across the Asia Pacific region. Hence, there is an exposure to the incumbent beyond the immediate country/location.
