M3, together with its subsidiaries, operate online physician sites in Japan, China, the UK, USA, Europe, and South Korea, comprised of more than 4 million doctors worldwide. Lead Product Development and Operations  - In cooperation with the CEO and senior management, formulate and realize a product vision that will delight users (Indian physicians) and deliver results for clients  - Select and implement using the best process and technologies to deliver a high quality product quickly and support rapid product evolution  - Assume final responsibility for the running service, set up operations and emergency response  2. Team Management  - Recruit, manage, and mentor our product development and operations team (2-3 members)  - Establish, monitor and improve development and operations KPIs  3. Technical Leadership  - Stay up-to-date with advances in web technology, development process, mobile, UI/UX, and other technologies (AI, cloud platforms, etc.) with an eye to further enhancing our products and/or proposing new initiatives  - As part of the senior management team advise and support the CEO to help guide and inform business strategy from a technological perspective  - Proactively communicate with team members in M3 global, in order to incorporate their knowhow and experience in building services for the Indian environment  Qualifications  - B. Tech / MS from a reputed engineering school such as IITs / BITS in india or a reputed university abroad  - Full-stack web application development experience  - Java experience preferred, but strong basic skills and knowledge, as well as an ability to learn quickly, is more important  - Other desirable experience: HTML5, CSS, AWS, Javascript, SQL, Spring (Boot), unit testing, agile processes (Kanban/Scrum), Linux, Docker, 12-Factor app  - Team management experience  - Preferably in a startup, as a leader of a small team  - Passion for learning and applying new technical skills / knowledge to business problems  - Excellent logical thinking and communication skills  Job Location  - Andheri East, Mumbai
