About Lybrate:  Lybrate is a healthcare-technology startup based out of NCR and funded by Nexus Venture Partners and other prominent angel investors such as Gokul Rajaram and Vispi Daver. We - re trying to deliver the future of healthcare today to patients, doctors, and other stakeholders within the healthcare system. We have grown from being a 3-member team to a 15-member team over the last few months and are looking to add extremely talented folks to our team, especially in the areas of Product Management and UI Design.  While it would be unfair to define the scope of any employee in a startup setup, here are certain key responsibilities that you can look forward to.  Key Responsibilities:  - Define and conduct market research to gain better understanding about user behaviour and competition. Gather information and data from multiple sources (consumer research, partners, vendors, competitive analysis), develop insights, and translate findings into action.  - Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualize, prioritize internal requests and requirements, write product specifications, and drive product development through close interaction with content, engineering and related teams.   - Define and establish the product vision, goals, supporting business metrics, and success indicators.   - Drive large-scale projects, working cross-functionally with designers, software development engineers, other product managers, and external partners to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery.    - Drive customer traffic growth and repeat visitations; leverage available analytical tools for insight driven initiatives.  Desired Skills, Experience, and Educational Background:  - Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant product management experience (startup experience will be highly preferred)  - Bachelors in Engineering/IT (preferably Computer Science; from a tier-I college).
