Job Description

The Communications Director will manage all aspects of Lumis- external communications i.e. our website, our social media presence as well as any print media presence. The person will be responsible for working closely with the Lumis team to outline and implement our communications strategy.

Job Responsibilities

- Create, manage and implement our overall media (digital and traditional) strategy.

- Build brand awareness and visibility through all social media channels.

- Managing all web content including our website.

- Manage content creation and take ownership for publishing content that showcases thought leadership and sector expertise.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Communications or MBA preferred.

- 3+ years of marketing experience, with emphasis on digital marketing.

- Strong strategic, organizational and communications skills. Ability to work with and influence senior management on the best direction to manage Lumis- external communications.

- Must be a self-starter, have results orientation, demonstrated leadership abilities, and the ability to work well within a fast paced environment while prioritizing multiple projects.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
