Functional Area : Marketing

Job Description :

Candidate shall be responsible for :

- Create product roadmap & ensure product introduction as per plans

- Create Marketing Page for new Products - Projected Sales, Pricing, GM, Features & Benchmarking

- Introduce Programs for driving sales - S2S, U2S, Dealer Skilling for solar plant execution : Concept - Content - Execute

- Product Certicfication

- Drive Product Mix & Sales thru Incentive programs

- Prepare ATL & BTL programs for each region along with budget planning

- Competition tracking

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Candidate should be at least a graduate having minimum 5 years experience in Sales / Marketing of Solar Products and total of 15 years experience.

- Candidate should have handled product marketing for Solar products / Inverters

- Marketing experience should include product Management, program / campaign design & execution

Candidate should have expertise in Invertors & knowledge of following Power Products :

- Inverters / UPS

- Batteries

- Solar Panels

- Excellent Communication Skills / Team person & Collabrative / lateral thinker
