Opening for the position of Assistant Manager / Senior Audit Executive Audit Department in Larsen & Toubro Financial Services.

Position Title: Assistant Manager / Senior Audit Executive

Job Purpose:

- To assist the Audit Manager in completing the audit calendar & other special assignments in time with quality observations & lead the team of executives.

Principal Accountabilities:

Planning:

- Adherence to audit methodologies and documentation standards.

- Implement audit analytics and audit checklist.

Execution:

- Execute audits in line with testing plans. Gather required data, check processes and documents and identify non compliance with process and regulatory lapses therein.

- Evaluate the internal control over assigned areas of audit, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulations. Identify any non-compliance for reporting as discussion points with auditee.

- Ongoing monitoring and management of co-sourced firm. Investigate and perform root cause analysis on Risk Events.

- Adherence to Internal Audit working standards (including document standards)

- Internal Audit administrative assignments in the nature of vendor payments, meeting arrangements etc.

- Ensure that co-sourced firms are following the set audit testing plans

- Draft audit observations and root cause in the form of internal audit report along with assessment of risks involved and submit the same for review

Communication:

- Clear communication with auditees to gather the precise evidences required and assessment of those evidences in accordance with identified risks.

- Maintain adequate audit documentation for corroborating the observations.

- Ensure agreement of factual accuracy of exception noted with line auditees.

- Monitoring and timely follow-up on implementation of audit recommendations. Providing regular updates on status of audit progress

People development:

- Attend planned trainings on timely basis. Maintain professional certification(s) and continue to develop and expand knowledge of the audit profession, information systems, regulatory issuances, industry, and Company products and information through self-study, research, and continuing education efforts.

Total Experience: 1 to 3 years

Qualification: CA (First Attempt preferable) / MBA (Finance) Full Time.
