Job Purpose  - Responsible for the performance of the sales and administrative functions of the branch  Principal Accountabilities  - Responsible for the sales performance of the branch   - Maximization of yield, controlling sales acquisition cost   - Meeting sales targets; preparation and adherence to budget   - Review and management of the performance of the sales team   - Empanelment of new dealers and resource allocation at dealerships   - Implementing dealer payouts and TA offerings to the dealerships   - Planning and execution of marketing events   - Coordination with divisional sales manager for approvals   - Assigning responsibility of execution within the branch sales team   - Manages associates directly where required  - Responsible for quality of business acquired and enhancing business penetration  - Responsible for quality of proposals submitted  - Management of dealer relationships  - Ensuring dealer payments occur accurately and on time  - Liaison with local offices of the manufacturer, if any  - Administrative control of the branch  - Responsible for facility management at the branch   - Responsible for the HR functions of the branch (Leave approvals, sales associate renewal planning, attendance)  - Record keeping for fulfilling requirements of Audit & Policy Compliances, Legal Compliances  Educational Qualification   - MBA/Graduate with specialization in Marketing /Finance  Functional and Behavioural Skills   - Understanding of the retail business   - Extremely good in execution   - Should be result oriented and high on customer focus   - Should have strategic bent of mind  - Should have the communication skill to motivate and engage   - Should have leadership and people development skills   - Should also act as a change champion   Relevant and total years of Experience   - Total Experience of 8 to 10 years, with more than 4 years in the NBFC/Banking space managing retail /channel sales
