Ensure that HR policies and procedures support organisational culture, Review existing policies and processes IN ORDER TO ensure that CIL has appropriate business processes and policies
3 Team Management
Recruit, Motivate and Develop HR resources, Provide career paths and appropriate training, Manage and review performance IN ORDER TO have a motivated HR organisation
4 Compensation and Benefits
Prepare reward strategy, Monitor market practices, Review and modify policies when required IN ORDER TO ensure competitive pay for motivating, attracting and retaining employees
5 Employee Relations
Guide and prepare employee relations strategy, periodically review employee relations scenario, ensure alignment with statutory requirements IN ORDER TO comply with requirements and ensure prevalence of congenial working climate

8 Organisation Development
Analyse HR information, Review organisational feedback, Identify HR issues, Plan and implement organisation wide initiatives and report on effectiveness IN ORDER TO ensure effective systems and processes
9 Reporting MIS
Provide HR Metrics and functional information on a periodic basis to the Top IN ORDER TO ensure continous flow of information and for timely decision making
10 QHSE
Create awareness, review system, comply and ensure adherence of QHSE requirements IN ORDER TO ensure the organisation is following the safety best practices
