- Preparing opposition advices to client and opinion in respect thereof
- Preparing notice of opposition
- Preparing counter-statement
- Preparing evidence in support of opposition
- Preparing evidence in support of application
- Preparing rejoinder affidavit
- Preparing rectification petitions and reply to petitions
- Preparing interlocutory petition and reply to interlocutory petition
- Maintaining record of deadlines
Infringement and cases :
- Preparing advisory for new infringement, alongwith resolving client's queries
- Preparing investigation reports with opinions
- Preparing Cease and Desist Notices
- Preparing Rejoinder
- Preparing Reminder letters
- Preparing Undertaking
