It is a unique platform that brings together over 725 million consumers from different banks in India on one side, and the Indian retail industry on the other side, with deep consumer behaviour analytics and direct marketing techniques at its core.  - Loylty Rewardz Management Pvt Ltd, from our start-up days, have had a stupendously fast pace of growth, and have reached a stage where we now manage loyalty programs for over 73% of all the debit cards issued in India. Our systems award loyalty Points for one out of every two debit card transactions in India.  - Headquartered in Mumbai with offices across India, we are currently about 270 people strong and manage loyalty programs for over 23 banks in India, with a cumulative base of over 725 million consumer profiles under our loyalty program management. We also work with over 120 mid to large sized retail organizations with over 7,000 retail outlets enrolled into our consumer platform Max Get More. This person would be responsible for the Product and its evolution. He or she will be responsible for defining the product features and functionalities, and establishing the phase-wise evolution.  - He or she would need to build a strong Product Team.   - Within the organization, this person would represent the consumer interest, and will lead the product development with his/her ears kept close to the changing consumer behaviour and market dynamics.  - We are an intense work organization where we take work seriously and building the organization is a passion. Unbridled passion for owning up and building a consumer product is extremely critical.  - This is a job profile that gives you an opportunity to build a consumer product India from its early days into significant scale.  - Given this is a strongly tech-driven product, an educational background in engineering with exposure to software development for a consumer product will be important.  - Our ideal Product Head would have around 7 to 10 years of experience working on a tech-consumer product in India.  - An MBA from a premium B-School with some exposure to innovative new-age business models will be helpful.  - Exposure into the retail industry will be very useful.  - Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in an unstructured and high-performance work environment.
