Product Development at Loylty Rewardz :

As Loylty Rewardz is gearing up for the next phase of growth, the Product Development Team is going to play a very critical role in the organization. The team is expected to understand the organizational vision and translate it into the systems and processes that would come together to build a compelling product proposition, for the consumers as well as for other businesses. Because of the unique position that Loylty Rewardz enjoys in the market, the work done by the Product Development team at Loylty Rewardz will in many ways shape the future of the loyalty and customer relationship management industry in India.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities :

- Build and own the Product strategy and road-map in line with the organization's goals and strategies

- Own all aspects of the Product from conception, and drive it through development, testing, acceptance and adoption

- Define key Product success metrics; analyse and iterate to create a successful Product

- Prepare a road-map for the launch of new features

- Drive new feature development from start to finish - write specs, work cross-functionally with engineering, design and data team to launch features, analyse results and make iterations

- Work closely with other functions (Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Redemption's and Analytics) to identify pain-points that can be addressed through technology

- Initiate and prioritize projects, and assist in determining the best implementation methods

- Build a road-map for the mobile strategy of the organization, in line with the Product vision

- Be aware of the market developments and competition and stay ahead of the market curve

Things we are looking for in the ideal candidate :

- An entrepreneurial spirit with deep understanding of customer's needs and aspirations would be essential qualities required in building the product vision.

- Excellent communication and people skills are also required to work on cross-functional initiatives for driving and implementing the product idea resulting in its ultimate delivery.

- Comfort in dealing with numbers, strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making would be required to evaluate various product feature ideas and select the best out of them.

- The ideal candidate would also have the ability to understand and talk technology, would be passionate about technology and proactive in developing the understanding of various applications of technology.

- Experience in using technology to solve business problems and developing simple functionalities to deliver world - class user experience would definitely be a plus.

Education : B.E / B.Tech
