You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.  Candidate Profile  Experience:  Candidate should have 4-6 years of experience with minimum 4 years in product growth management   - Proven product and growth marketing experience delivering highly successful growth, user acquisition and engagement strategies (mobile and/or web based products)  - E-commerce or payments industry expertise required, preferably on the consumer side   - Outstanding customer focus (Experience in Design Thinking would be a plus)   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work across multiple teams and communicate with all levels of the organization.   - Good analytical skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.   - Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical team
