Use them to stop online fraud.  As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for identifying, monitoring and neutralizing modus operandi (MOs) that pose a risk to our customers and/or business. Your responsibilities include testing suspected MOs against historical transactions, determining the frequency and financial impact of such MOs, and implementing algorithms that flag transactions that resemble known MOs. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring that risk factors are communicated to all stakeholders, and that any related changes to risk models, tools and/or manual processes are prioritized appropriately and driven to completion.  Key Responsibilities:  - Doing in-depth data analysis and creating anti-fraud measures which can be tracked on regular basis  - Develop new metrics and isolate key process indicators of fraud and abuse  - Identify fraud modus operandi through data, incidents and field visits  - Create, manage, and analyse operational business metrics using data to support fraud and abuse detection, mitigation, and prevention  - Develop intelligent, insightful reporting on the key drivers of our business  - Identify opportunities and complete process improvement projects   - Investigate high risk cases flagged by fraud detection rules and identify false positive escalations  - Collaborate with different departments to optimize fraud detection and risk management  Candidate Profile:  - Bachelor's Degree from a Tier 1 engineering college and/or MBA from premium institutes only  - 4+ year's prior program management, operations or business analytics experience in a similar role  - Basic to moderate proficiency in SQL  - Expert with Excel and PowerPivot  Key Skills:  - Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers- .
