Job Purpose: The Lowe's sourcing specialist will partner with the recruiting team to understand job needs and client's business requirements to develop the ideal talent pool.  Job Responsibilities:   - Work closely with the Lowe's recruiters to enhance your understanding of business needs and candidate profiles sought  - Review and understand technical and non-technical job requirements  - Research best channels to attract and source suitable talent  - Leverage all tools and channels to build the best talent pipeline  - Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster) and mainly through LinkedIn  - Develop subject-matter-expertise for key skills being sourced (e.g., niche technical skills)  - Conduct preliminary calls with prospects and screen for potential  - Ensure warm candidate handover to recruiter  - Assist in keeping key talent - warm- over the recruiting period  - Provide recruiter/recruiting manager information on job market, talent availability, emerging trends within assigned skills/market(s)  - Maintain spreadsheet & update database of candidate pipeline
