Job Summary :

- The Learning Consultant (LC), is responsible for collaborating with internal as well as external stakeholders to design, develop, schedule and deliver professional development interventions to build a capability oriented workforce. We are looking for an experienced professional to operationalize our training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.

- The primary objective of this role is to enhance employees- skills, performance, productivity and quality of work through sustainable learning interventions.

- You should be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong training development background. As a LC, you will be responsible for scheduling, delivering and tracking high quality learning interventions at our Bangalore office(s). This role primarily focuses on course design, development and training delivery.

Essential Responsibilities :

- Create a monthly calendar of learning offerings based on the business needs and training needs analysis

- Design, Develop & Deliver learning interventions - ad-hoc as well as courses published as part of the Learning Calendar - to front & middle level employees

- Analyze participant feedback to enhance course content, its relevance and impact

- Manage the training MIS and prepare reports/metrics periodically and ensure documentation readiness for audits

- Build (new) and maintain (existing) Learning / Training vendor network.

- Manage training operations - provisioning licenses, tracking participation, capturing feedback & managing course credits for ILTs and WBTs

- Manage logistics and coordination with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers
