Manpower Planning & Budgeting
Participate & assist in collating Manpower Budget for the business in coordination with supervisor, Delivery Heads, timely deployment of the resources as and when needed and getting manpower approvals well in advance.
Performance Management
Train line manager for goal setting. Ensure goals are cascaded as per organization mandate.
Enable Managers to have constructive session during Mid-Year reviews.
Ensure Annual Appraisals are completed as per timelines and corporate guidelines.
Employee Engagement
Ensure effective Employee engagement through deploying various activities and focus on Reward & recognition.
Talent Development
Identify the potential technical programs in India and in-house, Conduct relevant sessions, seminars & work shops to help the line hone the technical skills and to keep abreast with the latest trends & technology respectively.Collaborating with Academia-Identify and facilitate collaboration with institutes of similar interest in terms of technical knowledge, problem solving and/or new technology
Talent Management
Contribute in the Talent review process, in terms of getting the inputs and deciding the developmental areas to chalk out the developmental needs and succession planning
HR Operations
Ensure timely updating and cleaning of HR database to have updated and flawless data in HRMS.
Ensure various HR processes like Induction, Confirmation, Promotion, are executed flawlessly
Driving all the Employee welfare initiatives (Health Checkups, Celebrations) and providing continuous support to employees.Ensure smooth HR operations across the various locations (Bangalore & Chennai)
